Chicha, receta de bebida tradicional en Me'phaa
La Chicha o Chilote es una bebida tradicional usada en algunas comunidades y regiones como La Montaña y Costa Chica del Estado de Guerrero. En este video es planicado o narrado por Doña Concepción Martínez Rentería (QEPD) (viuda de Don Hilario García-Cruz), cuenta com casi 90 años de edad, originaria del Pueblo de Pascala del Oro, Gro. La receta es narrada en Me'phaa (Tlapaneco) y luego traducida al castellano (español). Espero les guste esta pequeña contribución a conservar lo que es parte de nuestras raíces y nuestra gastronomía.
