Haiku is a Japanese form of poetry. Traditional Haiku contain three phrases with 17 syllables (5:7:5). However, this restriction is not observed in other languages like English and Pashto and choose their own structure of syllables. Samples of traditional and contemporary Ormuri Haiku are presented here for the benefit of Ormuri students
