A community-based project working to empower the Juǀ'hoan San community through literacy, the development of mother-tongue educational materials, and the opportunity of auto-documentation. The Juǀ'hoan Transcription Group is based in Tsumkwe, Namibia, and has existed since 2002. We aspire to being a bottom-up community-based project for the Juǀ'hoan community, and a model to all indigenous language
