A master's thesis exploring the current situation, challenges, and proposed recommendation of digitally-disadvantaged languages in Indonesia and Sweden. Examines language policy in both countries, and explores possibilities for supporting digitally-disadvantaged languages through three related frameworks: the digital divide, ecolinguistics, and digital justice.
