Reviving the Barngarla Language
"Australia is said to be the world leader in killing languages, it's thought 93 per cent of indigenous languages have died. But there is a new plan in place to save the Eyre Peninsula's endangered Barngarla tongue. An Israeli-born linguist is spearheading the scheme, which it's hoped will revive words which otherwise would have died out within years."
