The Wolf Who Walks in Two Worlds

This is a free resource to assist language revitalization practitioners with self-reflection and emotional wellness in their work. It was created by the Smithsonian Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage and the Multi-Indigenous Initiative for Collaborative Action (MICA) group. It also includes the development committee of Brittany McBeath, Jacob Manatowa-Bailey, Leslie Harper, Mary Linn, and Hali Dardar. The project was also supported by Sara General for graphics and illustrations, and Cecelia Halle for layout and design.

This guide, a forty-page downloadable PDF titled The Wolf Who Walks in Two Worlds, contains self-reflection activities woven into a narrative to be used by individuals or groups adapting to many language contexts. It guides users of all ages through activities to sustain wellness, balance, and clarity in challenging contexts in language revitalization.
