It is an online magazine IBT sponsors and Zubair Torwali manages and edits. Its aim is to present the mountainous communities of northern Pakistan by the community writers themselves and present a perspective/views from the mountains rather than the view usually presented about these communities by people from the plains/valleys. It a platform for knowledge exchange about these communities, their languages and cultures; and to create a forum for them to share their knowledge among themselves.
