Today's Navajo Word is "Tó Doo Bináká Nílíní," which means "plastic." Literally, the phrase means, "Water Doesn't Flow Through It." I heard this for the first time tonight on KTNN. The sentence used is, "Díí bee adlání tó doo bináká nílíní bee ályaa," which means, "This cup is made out of plastic." The breakdown: Díí: this Bee adlání: cup Tó: water Doo bináká nílíní: the thing that it doesn't flow through Bee: by means of it Ályaa: it is made I know it's fun to learn the more complex Navajo words. I decided it would be more beneficial to teach more simple & useable words. So, I've decided to give more simple phrases that can be more readily used. Let me know what you think... :-)
