/Navajo Word of the Day - "Nahateeł"

Today's Navajo Word of the Day is "nahateeł," which means "slippery." I used it in a sentence two ways. You can say, "Atiin ayóo nahateeł," which means, "The road is very slippery." You can also say, "Díí óolyé nahateeł," which means, "This is what you call slippery." The breakdowns: Atiin: road Ayóo: a lot Nahateeł: slippery (The road is very slippery.) Díí: this Óolyé: it is called Nahateeł: slippery (This is what you call slippery.) Most people probably don't realize that it snows here in Arizona. Yep, we get a lot of snow! While I was driving to work, I figured this would be a useful word for people to learn! Be careful when you drive in inclement weather! Slow, steady, & don't slam your breaks!
