This text is from Mr. Komal Bahadur Ghale. His native language is Gurung (Tamu). This text was recorded on July 21, 2012 in Tilce village (in front of an apple tree on his property). He discusses his apple orchard and how the coming of the motor road in Manang has affected his growing of apples. Dr. Kristine Hildebrandt is in the video, holding the microphone, and Dr. Shunfu Hu is recording with a Sony HDR XR550V solid-state camcorder with Audio-Technia AT 8022 omnidirectional microphone. (We corrected some of the sub-title errors and worked with the fonts)
