"Arabic. Up until the middle of the 20th century, there were as many as 75,000 speakers of Judeo-Egyptian Arabic, primarily in Cairo and Alexandria. ... Today, there are reportedly only a few dozen remaining Jews in Egypt. At present there are 18,500 Egyptian-born Israelis, nearly all over the age of 55, and another 39,000 born in Israel to Egyptian parents, who primarily use Israeli Hebrew."
