"The territory occupied by the Yukuben in the Wukari division of Benue-Plateau state is well defined by the two rivers: the Katsina Ala, for the southern boundary, and the Gamana, for the northern boundary. It is defined to the east by the border with Cameroun, to the west by the boundary with Katsina Ala division. Some Yukubens are said to be at Tosso in the North-Eastern state, and some Yukuben settlements may be found beyond the Camerounian border."
