After 170 years of Balkan Linguistics: Whither the Millennium
Diffrent balkan linguistic groups are discussed. Differences between the dialects of the balkan state and why it is difficult to come up with concrete data relating to the language due to discrepancies in the relationship between the languages. Oftentimes, people of the balkan state did not want others "outside" their group to know their language, which makes it hard for the language to advance.
