This video provides the lyrics to the popular Christmas carol, "Angels We Have Heard on High (Gloria in Excelsis Deo)." The original author is unknown, but music composition is attributed to John Wade. It is translated into the Navajo language by Katherine Duncum, entitled, "Diyin Nidaal'a'í Biyiin Íits'a'." It is sung in the Navajo language by The Fruitland Gospel Trio, featuring Pastor Daniel Smiley. The literal translation of each word or words below the Navajo words is provided in English to help learn the wrods to the song. Enjoy & Yá'át'ééh Késhmish (Merry Christmas)!
