Today's Navajo Word of the Day is "áshłééh," which literally means, "I'm making it," but in different contexts it can mean so much more. This video shows how versatile this word is in every day use! :-) For these examples, keep in mind the basic Navajo sentence structure: [OBJECT] -- [ACTION] -- [VERB] The examples: Coffee ła' áshłééh. [OBJECT:coffee ła] -- [ACTION:0] -- [VERB: áshłééh] ła: some I'm downloading some songs. [OBJECT:songs] -- [ACTION:downloading] -- [VERB: áshłééh] I'm downloading some songs. Songs ła' download áshłééh. I'm answering the phone. Phone answer áshłééh. I'm answering the phone. Béésh bee hane'é answer áshłééh. I'm closing the door. Door close áshłééh. I'm recharging my phone.
